Every year during the month of July a mind blowing event reincarnates in Salinas, California. The city of Salinas is the home to the biggest rodeo grounds in the state. This year the rodeo turned out to be a great show. Every year they welcome rodeo fans and staff and open up with a parade starting from Downtown Salinas and ending at the Salina Complex center. There is horses, cattle, clowns, bulls and the Rodeo queen whom had made history throughout the past Salinas hosted its 100th year anniversary this year. The Rodeo Grounds were tremendously packed, when walking everybody would bump into each other’s shoulders. One of the biggest days was on Wendsay PBR night which stands for Professional Bull Riding. This night was a very successful night. There was plethora of rodeo fans. And Sunday the last day was amazing, the rodeo fans went loud and the stands were tremendously full. There was families and happy couples everywhere you turned. The rodeo hosted a Mexican Banda as well that played for an hour towards the end of the day. All Hispanics seemed to move their feet as well since some of them do not listen to Country music. Even though the dance floor was super small, everybody managed to fit and danced under a sunny warm day. Overall, at the end, the Rodeo became a memorable memory this year for those who had the opportunity to attend.
